The Riverside Sheriffs' Association is proud to welcome William Hutchinson as our new Executive Director.

William brings 28 years of law enforcement experience, along with extensive leadership in labor representation, organizational management, public safety, and regional collaboration.

His experience will complement RSA's longstanding foundation of strong leadership and advocacy as we continue strengthening our organization and expanding the work we do on behalf of our members and their families.
