SCALE meeting, Jan. 7, 2003

On January 7th 2003, RSA hosted the Board of Directors meeting of the
Southern California Alliance of Law Enforcement (SCALE), a coalition of
several major Associations from throughout the Southern California area.

RSA has a voting seat on the organization's Board of Directors. SCALE works to enhance the rights and interests of law enforcement officers throughout the State of California.
