Pay Increase Salary Schedules
The following are salary schedules that reflect the three (3) salary increases for the Law Enforcement Unit's 2001-2004 Memorandum of Understanding. To read these schedules and see what your pay level is or will be you should identify your classification on the schedule, match the salary "grade" code that is printed on you pay stub to the grade code for your classification listed in the salary schedule (for verification), and look at the value under your current or projected pay step.

For those of you who have intermediate or advanced P.O.S.T. certificates or are Seniors, your classification title will have an alpha extension that corresponds to your particular situation. The following explains the position title extensions and their respective meanings:

A - possesses an Intermediate P.O.S.T. Certificate
B - possesses an Advanced P.O.S.T. Certificate
S - Senior Position

If you have any difficulty deciphering the salary schedule, give the RSA office a call and let us know. We will be happy to answer any of your questions.

WARNING! The links below will direct you to salary schedules that have been produced by the RSA. These schedules are for information purposes only and should not be construed to be an exact representation of each classification's salary grade. While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the schedules, they have been created with limited information provided by the County's Human Resources Department. With the implementation of the County's Peoplesoft payroll system, it has become necessary to carry hourly rates out to four decimal places. According to County Personnel, bi-weekly wages will be calculated using such an hourly rate and the total amount earned in a pay period will then be rounded to the nearest penny. It is possible that your pay stub will reflect amounts that are different from those listed. In most instances, any difference in the hourly rates will be no more than two-cents ($0.02). If you encounter a difference between your pay stub and the amounts listed in the following schedules, please contact  the RSA office to report the discrepancy.
