2003 RSA Outstanding Service Award

The RSA Board of Directors awarded Outstanding Service Awards to three members at its board meeting on July 9, 2003. The recipients were Correctional Deputy Perry Sexson, Deputy  Frank Yezzo and Deputy Robert Simmons.
